A neck lift with liposuction of the neck is part of a facelift. The muscles are sutured when necessary and the skin is tightened significantly. Sometimes this is the most dramatic improvement with a facelift. A mini-lift or short-scar facelift is when only the lower third of a facelift is done with the neck lift.
